Being A Team Player: An Individual Perspective

Recently our site posted an article which had been composed of several peoples input. Because it was altered by our editors, no one person who had supplied the input was directly acknowledged as the piece we created was a composite of several articles. When we did that, we had done so with working the idea of promoting something that all the combined ideas and thoughts shared by others, were focused on something we all supported.

Amusingly enough, one person objected that we had not singled them out and acknowledged them as the primary author. Eventually, we decided to take the piece down, as it became apparent that no matter what good came from our efforts, this one character would be impossible to appease. Now this same person who said we should not use material he had prepared in form, was now telling people within the social media circles to do exactly that as “we are all on the same team.”

Laughing our socks off here, he now wants people to support him and his ideas but does not want us doing it. What does that suggest? Political ambition, an over inflated ego, or no real interest in the common good unless his name is on it so he gets all the glory.

It seems having a higher than average IQ does not necessarily endow some with common sense.

I'm just another ExPat enjoying life here in Asia. I am also having the time of my life exposing the ugly truth about the present Governmental administration of the Philippines. Especially that of current President "BS" Aquino. And the rest of his Liberal Party assholes.
